What you send us
When you use the AI Quote Tool, the quote form or Will My Sofa Fit?, you give us your name, email and phone number, along with what you share about the sofa and your space: a product link, photos, measurements, and your borough, floor and whether the building has an elevator.
We use this to give you a price or a fit check, to contact you about your job, and to schedule and do the work.
Who else handles it
A few services run parts of this website. Each one handles only what its part needs:
- Netlify hosts the website and receives the forms you send.
- Google Gemini reads the product link or photo you send, so the tools can identify the sofa and estimate a price or a fit.
- Cal.com handles booking when you pick a time. It receives your name, email and the notes about your job.
- Google Analytics measures how the website is used, as described below.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, and YouTube plays the videos on some pages.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services listed above, and only for the purpose described.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to see how visitors find and use this website: which pages they view, where they came from (for example a Google search or our YouTube channel), and whether they request a quote, open booking, or tap our phone number or email. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect this. We do not send your name, email or phone number to Google Analytics.
Google explains how it uses this data in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. To stop Google Analytics from recording your visits, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on or block cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact and job details for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business records. Google Analytics keeps its event data for up to 14 months.
